Partner Program Levels

This document defines tiers and levels of partners in the ConnectSoft Partner Program. It is written for potential partners and ConnectSoft team members managing partner relationships.

Partner levels define different tiers of partnership with increasing benefits and responsibilities. Partners progress through levels based on experience, capability, and commitment.

Note

Partner levels are not just about revenue—they reflect capability, quality, and commitment to ConnectSoft standards and customer success.

Levels Overview

ConnectSoft offers three partner levels:

  1. Registered Partner - Entry level, basic access and support
  2. Certified Partner - Proven capability, enhanced access and support
  3. Strategic Partner - Deep partnership, co-selling, roadmap collaboration

Criteria per Level

Registered Partner Criteria

Certified Partner Criteria

Requirements: - [ ] 3+ successful projects completed - [ ] Team members certified on Factory/platforms - [ ] Quality standards consistently met - [ ] Customer satisfaction scores > 4.0/5.0 - [ ] Regular delivery and engagement

Capabilities: - Enhanced Factory and platform access - Priority support - Early access to new features - Joint marketing opportunities - Co-selling support

Strategic Partner Criteria

Requirements: - [ ] 10+ successful projects completed - [ ] Deep expertise in ConnectSoft products - [ ] Co-selling relationships established - [ ] Roadmap collaboration and feedback - [ ] Strategic alignment with ConnectSoft

Capabilities: - Full Factory and platform access - Dedicated support - Roadmap influence - Co-selling and joint go-to-market - Custom training and enablement

Upgrading and Downgrading

Upgrading Process

Registered → Certified: 1. Complete 3+ successful projects 2. Meet quality standards consistently 3. Complete certification training 4. Request upgrade from ConnectSoft 5. Review and approval process

Certified → Strategic: 1. Complete 10+ successful projects 2. Establish co-selling relationships 3. Demonstrate strategic alignment 4. Request upgrade from ConnectSoft 5. Strategic review and approval

Downgrading Process

Downgrade Triggers: - Quality standards not met consistently - Customer satisfaction below threshold - Lack of engagement or activity - Violation of partner agreement

Process: 1. ConnectSoft notifies partner of concerns 2. Remediation period (30-60 days) 3. Review and decision 4. Downgrade if standards not met
