2026 Roadmap – North Star

This document provides a one-page north star for 2026, outlining ConnectSoft's strategic direction across Factory maturity, core platforms, reference SaaS solutions, and partner ecosystem. It is written for Dmitry, architects, GTM teams, and partners planning ConnectSoft's evolution.

The 2026 roadmap focuses on four strategic pillars that reinforce each other: Factory maturity enables platform production, platforms enable reference SaaS solutions, and reference solutions enable partner ecosystem growth.

Note

This roadmap is subject to change based on market feedback, customer demand, and execution capacity. Review quarterly and adjust priorities as needed. Detailed changes should go into product-specific roadmaps, while this page stays relatively stable as the "north star".
