Product Lead Quickstart¶
This quickstart helps product leads get oriented with ConnectSoft's product portfolio, business models, and how to work with AI Squads and the Factory. It is written for product managers, product leads, and stakeholders responsible for product strategy and planning.
As a product lead at ConnectSoft, you'll work with the product portfolio, plan features with AI Squads, understand business models, and align roadmaps with business objectives.

Understanding the Portfolio¶
Product Lines¶
ConnectSoft offers four main product lines:
- AI Factory - Core platform that generates SaaS solutions
- SaaS Platforms - Ready-made platforms (Identity, Audit, Config, Bot)
- AI Squads - Virtual teams delivering outcomes monthly
- Marketplace - Templates, agents, and modules (future)

- Use Factory - When building new services or custom solutions
- Use Platforms - When you need ready-made capabilities (auth, audit, config, bot)
- Use Squads - When you want managed outcomes without operating Factory
- Use Marketplace - When you need specialized templates or agents (future)
