SaaS Platforms Sales Playbook¶
This document helps you position, qualify, and pitch ConnectSoft's ready-made SaaS platforms (Identity, Audit, Config, Bot) to potential customers. It is written for sales, product, and business development teams.
ConnectSoft platforms are production-ready SaaS solutions built by the Factory. They provide common capabilities (identity, audit, config, bot) that most SaaS applications need, eliminating the need to build these from scratch.
Tip
Strong Pitch: "Why build identity, audit, config, or bot capabilities from scratch when you can use production-ready platforms? ConnectSoft platforms are built by our AI Factory, follow best practices, and integrate seamlessly with your microservices. Focus on your business logic, not infrastructure."
Ideal Customer Profile¶
| Segment | Characteristics | Red Flags |
|---|---|---|

| Platform Teams | Internal platform teams, need standardized services | No platform team, ad-hoc approach |
| Startups | Building SaaS, need speed, limited resources | No budget, prefer free/open-source only |
