connectsoft.me Roadmap

This document outlines the product roadmap for connectsoft.me Personal Agents Platform. It is written for product managers, stakeholders, and anyone planning connectsoft.me's evolution.

Important

Cycle Positioning: connectsoft.me is positioned as SaaS Cycle 3 in the global ConnectSoft roadmap, after horizontal SaaS (Cycle 2) and before vertical industry solutions (Cycle 4). Later phases (Agent/Pack marketplace, advanced flows) align naturally with global Cycle 5 marketplace & ecosystem work, even though the connectsoft.me marketplace may start earlier in a limited/experimental mode.

Mitigation:

  • Strict usage limits on free tier
  • Cost-based tuning of run quotas
  • Monitor token usage per run
  • Optional add-ons for extra runs

Risk 2: User Adoption

Mitigation:

  • Clear onboarding flows
  • Prebuilt packs for immediate value
  • Tutorials and documentation
  • Community support

Risk 3: Privacy Concerns

Problem: Users may be concerned about data privacy and agent actions.

Mitigation:

  • Transparent logging ("See what this agent did")
  • All actions start as suggestions
  • Clear privacy controls
  • Data export and deletion capabilities
