Product Portfolio Overview¶
This page provides a comprehensive map of all ConnectSoft products: the AI Software Factory, SaaS platforms, AI squads, and marketplace. It is written for product managers, sales teams, and customers evaluating ConnectSoft's product offerings.
ConnectSoft's product portfolio spans four main pillars, each serving different customer needs and use cases. Understanding how these products relate to each other helps customers choose the right solution for their requirements.
Note
The Factory is the engine that builds platforms and powers squads. Platforms are ready-made products built by the Factory. Squads are managed teams running on the Factory. Marketplace extends the Factory with templates, agents, and modules.

- Factory powers Squads - AI squads run on the Factory infrastructure
- Marketplace extends Factory - Templates, agents, and modules plug into the Factory
- Platforms prove Factory - Platforms demonstrate what the Factory can produce
Tip
Customers can start with any product line. Many start with a Platform to solve an immediate need, then adopt the Factory to build custom solutions. Squads bridge the gap for teams wanting managed outcomes.
